Company Journey

What an epic journey for Martian Code, the flagship brand in our portfolio that is the oldest and the fastest growing! Julia Cordray, the Founder, had started Career Fox back in the 2008 recession. Career Fox was a very successful North American recruitment company that built a proprietary recruitment process that led to a 96% successful placement rate. Career Fox exited in 2016 to its largest competitor David Aplin Group. From 2016 onwards, Julia has been successfully consulting in tech, building tech products, and doing marketing, recruiting, and sales. There has been such a big demand for Julia’s services that she built a global team, rebranded her consulting firm from Julia Cordray Consulting to Martian Code and now Martian builds tech products, incubates startups, executes marketing, recruiting, technical talent job board, coding and assessment tools, advertising and sales for global tech companies and startups!
